  Thomas Hammarberg arriving in Armenia today January 18, 2011 - 12:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr. Thomas Hammarberg, will be carrying out an official visit to Armenia from January 18 to 21, 2011. He will hold a press conference on Friday, January 21. The press conference will take place at 17:00 in the Queen Erato Hall of the Armenia Marriott Hotel, The Council of Europe Office in Armenia reported.
