Commandos: OSCE summit in Astana decreased possibility of war in Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - Veteran of the Karabakh war, hero of Artsakh, major general Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) said that the possibility of resumption of hostilities in the Karabakh conflict zone has decreased after the OSCE summit in Astana.

Recent statements of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs gave Azerbaijan the go-ahead for a new aggression, however, the summit has changed everything, Ter-Tadevosyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

“All participants of the summit, possibly, except for Turkey and Azerbaijan, have agreed that the conflict should be solved peacefully,” he said.
