CE Commissioner for Human Rights meets Vice Speaker and members of RA NAJanuary 20, 2011 - 09:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 19, Vice-Speaker of the RA National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan met with the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr. Thomas Hammarberg. During the meeting, Nikoyan briefed Hammarberg on the work of the RA parliamentary commission on investigation of the March 1-2, 2008, events.
