  Zahid Oruj: Azerbaijan produces military technology not to depend on other countries January 20, 2011 - 15:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the Azerbaijani parliamentary committee on security and defense affairs Zahid Oruj said that a military resolution of the Karabakh conflict is viewed as an option for its settlement. He told journalists that one should not pin hopes on the international law in the Karabakh conflict settlement. “Taking this into consideration, Azerbaijan expands its military opportunities and produces military technology to eliminate dependence on foreign countries,” said Oruj.
