The intellectual elite representatives urge for liberation of Chakhalyan, stressing that his activities were implemented within the framework of law, the letter said. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
