PanARMENIAN.Net - The activity of Russian Informative-Cultural Center serves the enhancement of the humanitarian relations, Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu said.

“Such relations pave the way for the establishment of friendlier, better relations, contacts in culture, science, education, sport,” ambassador underlined.

Polad Bulbuloglu said there is a decision to establish an Azerbaijani center in Moscow. “But it is a little difficult to get a building in the center of Moscow. But the work is being continued with this regard,” he said.
