  Armenia’s envoy to UN: conflict causes should be analyzed while implementing peace processes January 24, 2011 - 13:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 21, Armenia’s permanent representative to UN, ambassador Karen Nazaryan participated in UN Security Council discussion entitled Peacemaking after Confrontation. As Nazaryan noted, the discussion and implementation of peace processes should focus on the specifics of current situation, reasons and repercussions of the conflict in order to increase effectiveness of program aimed at compensating the needs of those who suffered from the conflict. In this context, the importance of main actors was emphasized, as well as that of coordination of actions of the governments, intergovernmental structures, international financial organizations and state organizations to achieve success in reintegration and restoration of peace and stable development.
