Armenian, German Defense Ministries sign cooperation plan in YerevanJanuary 25, 2011 - 15:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan met with German Ambassador to Armenia Hans-Jochen Schmidt in Yerevan to sign a cooperation plan between the two countries’ Defense Ministries. Ohanyan praised the level of cooperation, noting that it has intensified as a result of Armenian peacekeepers’ activity in Afghanistan, the press service of the RA Defense Ministry reported. The Armenian peacekeeping contingent is a part of German brigade within the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan (ISAF).
