  Expert: Davutoglu actually believes in what he says January 25, 2011 - 17:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu could be characterized as a romantic and idealist, according to an Armenian expert. “Moreover, he actually believes in what he says, implying that there are no constant friends and enemies, but rather the prevalence of interests. Turkey’s interests prompted Davutoglu into stating Armenia and Turkey are not enemies, but potential friends,” Artak Shakaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net “However, Ankara has done nothing to put the Foreign Minister’s words into actions,” Shakaryan noted.
