German Foreign Ministry calls to refrain from traveling to North Caucasus

PanARMENIAN.Net - Germany’s Foreign Ministry has called on German citizens to refrain from traveling to North Caucasus, namely Ingushetia, Chechnya, Dagestan, North Ossetia and Kabardino-Balkaria.

The danger of kidnapping and armed clashes is persisting in the region, the Ministry said in a statement.
