  International recognition of NKR should not depend on settlement process January 26, 2011 - 13:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former member of NKR parliament Gegham Baghdasaryan doesn’t expect any breakthrough in Karabakh talks in 2011. “During the current year, the OSCE Minsk Group will continue talks to maintain the status quo to prevent Azerbaijan from quitting the peace process and resorting to military actions,” he told a news conference in Yerevan. Baghdasaryan also emphasized that international recognition of the Artsakh Republic should not depend on settlement process. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
