  Armenian army becomes more transparent for public January 27, 2011 - 13:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Military psychologist David Jamalyan said that the Armenian army has become more transparent for the public over the past years. “Due to this, the public has become more aware of incidents in the army. The Defense Ministry tries to minimize the number of incidents in the army, while the society should not be so categorical,” Jamalyan told a press conference in Yerevan. He added that the Defense Minister stated clearly that any violation of regulations by officers and commanders will be punished strictly, but this cannot happen within a day.
