  ANC: many political forces of Armenia support idea of extraordinary elections January 28, 2011 - 16:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Commenting on reports that the People’s Party of Armenia led by Tigran Karapetyan may join the Armenian National Congress (ANC), Coordinator of ANC Levon Zurabyan said that the ANC is open for all political forces, which accept the provisions fixed in the ANC declaration. Referring to organization of extraordinary elections, Zurabyan said that many political forces currently support this idea. The RA authorities will not agree to extraordinary parliamentary election unless it is viewed as a possibility to ease tenseness in the country, he said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
