Russian MFA: common principles for conflicts settlement need to be agreed in OSCE space

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that common principles for conflicts settlement need to be agreed in the OSCE space.

“Conflicts peace settlement and parties’ stance should be taken into consideration. Creation of humanitarian problems for population in a conflict zone is impermissible,” Russia 24 TV channel quoted Lavrov as saying during a joint press conference with OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Audronius Azubalis in Moscow.

Lavrov added that any conflict has its peculiarities.
