Areximbank-Gazprombank Group to increase number of ATMs and POS-terminals in 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - In 2011, Areximbank-Gazprombank CJSC will increase the number of ATMs (to bring to 58) and POS-terminals (to bring to 170) against 45 and 128 respectively as of the end of 2010, according to the bank press service.

“Currently, Armenia’s market of plastic cards is rapidly developing due to competition among banks,” said Ruben Khachatryan, Deputy Director General of the bank.

Besides, he agreed with experts, who state that Armenia’s banks will continue lowering charges for debit cards issuance and servicing in 2011.
