RPA member urges Armenian delegation to decide on course of work at PACE panel on Karabakh![]() February 3, 2011 - 16:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Resumption of the PACE subcommittee on Karabakh creates an unfavorable atmosphere for Armenia, according to Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) member. As MP Lernik Alexanyan told a news conference in Yerevan, “the Armenian delegation should decide whether to participate in subcommittee work or not.” “If boycotting the subcommittee work could stop its activity, Armenian side should venture it. Yet, if works continue despite the boycott, our participation is necessary to counteract the Azeri propaganda,” Alexanyan stated. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
