  Ziyafet Askerov: issue of war is always on agendaFebruary 3, 2011 - 19:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In case of need, Karabakh conflict may be resolved through military actions, first vice speaker of Azerbaijan’s Milli Medjlis stated. “As for Azerbaijan’s position on Karabakh conflict settlement, the issue of war is always on the agenda to be implemented in case of necessity,” Ziyafet Askerov told a news conference, commenting on Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s statement, ruling out a war in Karabakh, 1news.az reported.
