  Discussion of draft declaration on recognition of crimes against Azerbaijan’s Armenians delayed for 30 days  February 4, 2011 - 18:04 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian parliamentary committee on foreign relations delayed discussion of draft declaration on Recognition of Crimes against Azerbaijan’s Armenians in 1988-1994 as Genocide for 30 days. The document author, Heritage opposition party secretary Larisa Alaverdyan said the discussion was postponed in order to enable MPs to gain a more accurate understanding of the draft, Heritage press service reported.
