According to Yasar Yakis, Russia should reconsider its policy to revive the activity of the OSCE Minsk Group. “Russia is not interested in resolution of the conflict, in my opinion. To change the situation, France and the United States should take action. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
