International community knows Karabakh conflict irresolvable, expert says

PanARMENIAN.Net - There is no reason to believe that settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict can be sped up, an Armenian expert said.

“Certain attention of superpowers to the Karabakh conflict is not a novelty. However, the U.S. and EU concerns over the conflict have diminished,” Caucasus Institute director Alexander Iskandaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“The fact is that the top politicians realize that the conflict is irresolvable. The task of the international community is just to maintain the current stage of talks,” he said.
