Former Artsakh leaders should go back to NKR, oppositionist says![]() February 9, 2011 - 12:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage opposition party deputy chairman Ruben Hakobyan marked out settlement of Artsakh and development of democracy there as the two major problems for Armenia. According to him, former leaders of Artsakh, specifically Robert Kocharian and Arkady Ghukassian, should go back to promote development of the Armenian republic. As to domestic problems, Hakobyan said that the opposition should unite to outline the fields and boundaries of cooperation with the authorities. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
