Whom is Aliyev trying to deceive when saying he seeks peaceful resolution to Karabakh conflict?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Talks on Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution are going on, but without visible results, Azerbaijani President said.

“We are trying to settle the conflict peacefully but do not rule out other options. Azerbaijan has become stronger over the past years and our army can regain our lands at any moment,” Ilham Aliyev said. “Armenia’s unconstructive position and the strategy of dragging out talks hamper the process.”

“Restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity will take place one day. Our position prevails in all international organizations and the norms of international law reflect our principles,” he said, adding Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity “is not a subject of talks.”
