PanARMENIAN.Net - Threat of hostilities’ resumption in Karabakh is much lower compared with 2010, due to Armenia’s diplomatic efforts, specifically, 2010 Armenia-Russia agreements, as well as political will shown by Armenian authorities at OSCE summit in Astana, Noravank scientific-educational foundation director stated.
