It also said that the French citizens visiting Nagorno Karabakh are not provided with consular services of the French embassy in Yerevan. The report also says that Azerbaijan poses a threat to foreign citizens due to acts of terrorism. Earlier, the German and British foreign ministries issued similar warnings.
