RA government to form innovative economyFebruary 17, 2011 - 16:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On February 17, the Armenian government approved a Concept of Starting Strategy for Formation of Innovative Economy until 2020. Presenting the strategy, Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan noted that “it is the first step towards formation of knowledge-based economy.” According to him, the strategy’s goals refer to the fields of scientific, research, design and experimental works. Davtyan added that the strategy was developed with usage of the best international practice and consideration of peculiarities in the Armenian social and economic fields.
