BAKU CALLS INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO ACTIVATE EFFORTS TO SETTLE KARABAKH CONFLICT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku considers international organizations should make additional efforts to achieve concrete results in negotiations over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. As reported by "Interfax-Azerbaijan" agency, Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev stated at a meeting with EU special representative for the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie. "The international community should not proceed from the status-quo principle, as it has more effective mechanisms to solve the conflict," the Azeri minister noted.
