  Turkey attempts to pressure Armenia into refusing to withdraw signature under Protocols  February 22, 2011 - 15:41 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey is attempting to pressure Armenia into refusing to withdraw its signature under Armenia-Turkey Protocols, according to ARF Dashnaktsutyun Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director. As Kiro Manoyan told a news conference, the right moment has come for Armenia to withdraw the signature. Commenting on Turkey media reports regarding ‘1915 Events’ document drawn up by Turkish Foreign Ministry, Manoyan noted, “the initiative aims to keep the world aware of continuing Armenia-Turkey negotiations, at the same time trying to mislead international community concerning true fact of the Armenian Genocide.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
