  Baku’s actions should be condemned to prevent war in Karabakh  February 22, 2011 - 17:01 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - ARF Dashnaktsutyun Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director characterized the probability of hostilities resumption in Karabakh as low. However, Kiro Manoyan did not rule out escalation of crisis as a result of ceasefire violations. “No one can predict the development of events in case of a war,” Manoyan noted, calling on international community to prevent resumption of hostilities by condemning Baku’s actions. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
