The program aims at strengthening Armenia-Diaspora ties. Increasing Diaspora youth’s awareness of Armenia through familiarising them with customs and traditions of the Armenian people is among program priorities. The 10-stage project, to launch in June 2011, envisages a 2-week stay of young Diaspora Armenians aged 13-20 in local families, Diaspora Ministry press service reported.
