  National park to be formed in Javakhk March 2, 2011 - 16:07 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Akhaltsikhe, Georgia, hosted a meeting focusing on creation of Javakheti national park. Representatives of nature reserve agencies, Nature Conservation Foundation, Ninotsminda and Akhalkalaki municipalities and Samtskhe-Javakheti governor attended the meeting. Meeting participants discussed programs aimed at improvement of social situation of population residing around the national park. A financing of euro 400 000 was allocated for population needs within the framework of the project, Georgia on-line reported.
