Expert: no declaration to be signed at Sargsyan-Medvedev-Aliyev meeting in Sochi

PanARMENIAN.Net - Director of Noravank scientific educational foundation Gagik Harutyunyan doesn’t expect any declaration on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement to be signed during the meeting between the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents in Sochi.

“If the parties manage to reach an agreement on confidence-building measures and withdrawal snipers from the frontline, it would be a step forward,” Harutyunyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

He added that all the South Caucasian countries, except for Azerbaijan, stand for peaceful resolution of regional conflicts.
