International community must adequately respond to Azeri provocations

PanARMENIAN.Net - Before the meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Sochi, initiated by the Russian President, instead of removing the snipers from the line of contact, Azerbaijan has staged yet another provocation, which strains the situation before the presidential meeting, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan stated, commenting on recent incident.

According to him, Azerbaijan’s actions must be adequately responded by the international community.

On March 4, serviceman Grigor Shakhkyan (born in 1991) was shot dead at 02:30pm as a result of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan in the north-eastern part of the line of contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces (Upper Chaylu).
