The NKR leader emphasized the role of France in the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict settlement and maintaining the regional peace and stability, At the same time, he stressed the interest of Artsakh in cooperation with France, especially with its legislative branch. The President touched upon Karabakh issue, current stage of Artsakh’s socioeconomic development and key directions of the republic’s foreign policy.
