As Elmar Mammadyarov told a news conference, “a trilateral meeting between Foreign Ministers was scheduled at Presidents’ recommendation. On March 15, OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs will arrive in Baku, and later, leave it for Yerevan. As the Minister stated, peace talks are in progress, with several specific issues negotiated. “Azerbaijani side is ready to continue discussions,” Trend quoted Mammadyarov as saying.
