Dwelling of Russia’s hyperactivity in Karabakh conflict settlement, Vahram Atanesyan noted that Karabakh parliament is not concerned about the fact. “The people of Karabakh are traditionally more Russia-oriented,” he explained. “We positively assess Moscow’s mediation in Karabakh issue, believing that all interested parties should be involved in the settlement of the conflict,” Atanesyan stated.
