  Expert: Russian-Turkish cooperation based on short-term interests March 17, 2011 - 13:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Relations between Russia and Turkey are not easy, a Georgian expert said. “Their interests coincide on a number of issues but do not exclude rivalry,” head of the international center for geopolitical and regional studies George Tarkhan-Mouravi told journalists in Yerevan. “I would call Russian-Turkish relations tactical but not strategic.
