Bibles are burnt in Iran, while Christian world keeps silence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Recently, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps revealed in an Iranian settlement a great number of Bibles in Persian language, which had been burnt there.

According to one of spiritual leaders of Iran Ayatollah Vahid Khorasani, “the Christianity and all non-Muslim religions are fallen and they should be eliminated,” Asr Iran information website of Christians reported.

Unfortunately, there was no relevant reaction to the fact of Bible burning in both Iran and the Christian world.

One should not be surprised with this – the Shiite orthodoxies cannot speak against Bible burning due to a simple reason - they indeed consider Christianity to be evil and Satan’s display.

It should be noted that bishops of the Armenian Apostolic Church, specifically, the leader of Tehran diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Sepuh Sargsyan, and Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, His Holiness Aram I condemned the cases of Quran burning in the U.S.

Anyway, burning of books is a barbarity, but in this case one can say that the Christianity and Islam fight to the death in the 21st century.
