4.6% drop recorded in sale proceeds of Armenia's largest taxpayers in Jan 2011March 22, 2011 - 16:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the Analysis of Summarized Indices of Large Taxpayers' Monitoring conducted among 440 largest taxpayers in January 2011 by the State Revenue Committee, the sale proceeds of Armenia's largest taxpayers totaled AMD 138.8bln in January 2011 that is 4.6% lower compared with the same period in 2010. Meanwhile, growth in this index was recorded at 192 companies – by AMD 32.5bln. At the same time, decrease in sale proceeds of 225 taxpayers was recorded – by AMD 34.2bln. 32 inspections were conducted by tax bodies in January 2011, as a result of which AMD 194.2mln additional payments were made to the state budget.
