  Armenia not participating in Rose-Roth NATO PA seminar in Tbilisi March 23, 2011 - 14:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The 76th Rose-Roth NATO Parliamentary Assembly seminar kicked off in the Georgian capital with participation of NATO PA president Karl Lamers. The event brought together Georgian government members, NATO PA delegation, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Georgia and experts. As head of the Armenian delegation to NATO PA Karen Avagyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Armenia is not participating.
