Expert: OSCE unaware of Karabakh conflict essenceMarch 23, 2011 - 17:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Military expert Artsrun Hovhannisyan said that advices of the OSCE and high-ranking European officials in the Karabakh conflict settlement show that they have no idea about our reality. They are unaware of the essence of the Karabakh conflict and its current stage, Hovhannisyan told a press conference in Yerevan, commenting on the offer of OSCE CiO Audronius Azubalis to Armenia to unilaterally withdraw snipers from the line of contact of the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces. Political analyst Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan said for his part that the OSCE and other international structures pursue the goal of showing at least any result in the Karabakh process. According to him, if they manage to withdraw even one soldier from the line of contact, they will present it as a significant achievement. Shahnazaryan noted that Armenia cannot take such an action and withdraw its snipers, as they assist in revealing the enemy’s snipers, who try to kill Armenian soldiers.
