Eduard Markarov: Armenian team has a team spirit, indispensable to a good game

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Honored USSR Master of Sports, a champion and holder of the USSR Cup, Eduard Markarov shared his expectations of a March 25 game against Russian football veterans in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“We’ll use our best techniques to impress our fans. I hope that the match will become a real treat both to us, Armenian and Russian veterans, and our fans.”

Dwelling on the oncoming Armenia vs. Russia EURO 2012 qualifier, Markarov spoke highly of the skills and physical shape of the Russian team.

“Still, Armenian team has a team spirit, indispensable to a good game. Our sportsmen will spare no efforts to win,” the legendary football player stressed.
