Armenian PM: business registration to take 15 minutes henceforthMarch 25, 2011 - 16:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 25 Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan opened the center of Legal Entities State Registration Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice. Sargsyan said that due to reforms a ‘single window system’ is introduced in the agency, the RA governmental press service reported. “The process of business registration will take 15 minutes henceforth. The opportunity of online registration will allow citizens to register an enterprise even without visiting the agency,” said Sargsyan. Enterprises can be registered at www. e-registr.am website. The PM said that several structures cooperated as part of the project, while the center’s database includes information of six institutions. He noted that the project creates more favorable conditions for Armenia’s business environment. He expressed gratitude to the European Union and Asian Development Bank for their assistance in the project implementation.
