A jury board of famous experts in architecture and construction resolved againsr presenting the grand prix. Architectural company Arch. Coop was announced as the contest runner up, while the third prize went to Armproekt public corporation. The winners were granted AMD 2,5 million for the second place, AMD 1,5 million for the third one; 2 consolation prizes of AMD 750 thousand were presented to participants.
