Anton Filipov of Uzbekistan finished 2nd. The tournament brought together 106 participants from Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Israel, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Indonesia and Afghanistan. The prize money was US$20 thousand.
