Armenian NCTR to cooperate with Artsakh economic competition protection panelMarch 28, 2011 - 18:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 28, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan received Chairman of the RA National Committee on Television and Radio (NCTR) Grigor Amalyan to discuss cooperation between regulating bodies of the two Armenian states. Mr. Sahakyan welcomed signing of an agreement between the Armenian NCTR and Artsakh Commission on Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition (CRPSEC), considering it an important basis for the further cooperation development.
