The threat to shoot down civil aircrafts is Azerbaijan’s mistake

PanARMENIAN.Net - Military psychologist David Jamalyan said that Baku’s threats to shoot down Stepanakert-bound civil aircrafts was a rough mistake of the Azerbaijani propaganda machine.

The west treated Baku’s statements as threats of a terrorist country, Jamalyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

“Most likely, Azerbaijan wanted to check the international community’s reaction through similar statements, but faced the West’s condemnation and criticism,” Jamalyan said, adding that Azerbaijan has gained an image of terrorist country.

At the same time Jamalyan noted that the Armenian and Karabakh armed forces completely control Azerbaijan’s air space. Thus, if this country decides to fulfill its threats, the Armenian side will retaliate.
