CBA head to participate in German-Armenian Fund meeting in FrankfurtApril 1, 2011 - 17:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) Arthur Javadyan, as part of Armenian delegation, will participate in a Supervisory Council meeting of the German-Armenian Fund in Frankfurt on April 2-5. Implementation of loan programs financed by KfW bank and German-Armenian cooperation in the financial field will be in the focus of the meeting, the CBA press service reported. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
