According to head of the central information department at Artsakh presidential office David Babayan, the Co-chairs are also expected to visit Stepanakert. “The international mediators pay a visit to Stepanakert each time they arrive in region, I hope weather will not prevent them from doing so this time,” he told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
