Armenia intends to export electric power to IraqApril 12, 2011 - 14:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Ambassador to Iraq Murad Muradyan met with Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq. Armenia’s participation in Iraq’s restoration and energy supplies from Armenia to Iraq were in the focus of the meeting, the RA MFA press service reported. Muradyan said that Armenia will submit agreements on economic cooperation and investments protection for Iraq’s consideration in the near future. On behalf of the Armenian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan, Muradyan invited al-Mutlaq to visit Yerevan. Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister said he will arrive in Armenia with a range of officials and entrepreneurs soon.
