RPA: fact of Karabakh people’s self-determination fixed in international documentsApril 12, 2011 - 19:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Spokesperson for the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Eduard Sharmazanov said the fact of the Karabakh people’s self-determination was fixed in international agreements during three years of President Serzh Sargsyan’s tenure. The Armenian-Russian relations have boosted, Sharmazanov said in the Armenian parliament. “The international community reacted positively to the Armenian President’s initiative on the Armenian-Turkish normalization.
